TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Quotations

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the original quote date.
  • Prices are valid only if the full quotation is accepted.
  • All quotations are subject to change or withdrawal until your order is received and accepted.
  • 7 Days Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies reserves the right to alter prices without notice.

2. Stock Availability

  • Once an order is placed, our staff will confirm stock availability and the estimated delivery time.
  • Delivery depends on your location and product availability, whether in our warehouse, our suppliers’ warehouse, or if the item is custom-made or requires a special finish.
  • Standard stock items are typically delivered within 3 to 14 working days to the Greater Sydney Metro area. Delivery times may be longer for other areas.
  • If your order includes custom-made or special-finish items, our support team will provide an estimated delivery time.
  • In case of delays or unexpected stock shortages, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Availability

  • Every effort will be made to fulfill orders by the required date. However, we are not liable for delays caused by external suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and are given in good faith.
  • We are not liable for any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from delivery delays, including manufacturing or shipping delays, strikes, or machinery breakdowns.

4. Storage

  • Goods must be accepted for delivery within 14 days after notice has been given that the goods are ready for collection or delivery.
  • After 14 days, all goods must be paid for in full, and a storage fee may apply.

5. Payments

  • We accept Visa (no fees), MasterCard (no fees), Amex (2% surcharge), EFT, and cash for in-store purchases.
  • Payment in full is required before delivery or pick-up, or after exceeding storage conditions.

6. Placing an Order

  • You may place orders through our website 7daysplumbing.com.au according to these terms and conditions.
  • An order is an offer to purchase the specified products at the price listed, including any applicable charges and taxes.
  • In case of suspected fraudulent payments, we may ask for additional details or confirmation before processing your order.
  • Confirm with your plumber or installer that the product will fit in the intended location before placing an order.

7. Acceptance / Rejection of Orders

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or product description errors.
  • Each accepted order forms a binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those products.

8. Cancellation of Orders (by Us)

  • We may cancel any part of an order before dispatch without liability if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing or description error, or if the order violates these terms and conditions.
  • If an order is canceled, we will notify you and will not charge you if the cancellation occurs before delivery.

9. Prices, Fees, and Charges

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • You agree to pay the purchase price of each product, delivery and handling fees, and any other applicable fees and charges.

10. Customer Obligations

  • You must hire a licensed or qualified tradesperson to install purchased products.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the site or placing an order.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and any orders placed using your login credentials.
  • You must check the product labels before use.
  • You must not use the site for unlawful activities, fraudulent orders, or transmitting malicious code.

11. Warranty and Liability

  • We accept liability for legal guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • All products carry a manufacturer’s warranty for domestic use only.
  • Warranties do not cover misuse, installation labor costs, or damage caused by chemicals. Proof of purchase is required.
  • We do not warrant the suitability of the site or products for specific purposes.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or data, related to the use of the site or products.

12. Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty products, or those not fit for purpose, may be returned for a replacement, credit note, or refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law and these terms.
  • Please inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. Photographic evidence is required.
  • Returns must be in original packaging and condition, with a 20% restocking fee applied. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

13. Order Cancellations (by You)

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order.
  • Custom-made products cannot be canceled.
  • Standard stock items can be refunded if canceled within 24 hours
  • Restocking fees are applied if product has been sent out by manufacturer into our store before we ship your product

14. Termination or Suspension of Account

  • We may terminate these terms or suspend your account if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms and conditions.

15. General Provisions

  • If any provision of these terms is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • These terms are governed by Australian law, and parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

  • All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • To avoid errors or disappointment, please verify product selections with the manufacturer before making any commitments.
