It depend on where you live, what you have ordered and how you have paid for it. We will keep you informed about when you should expect your delivery.

You are most welcome to pick up your order and no delivery fees apply. Please contact store before organising to check stock availability. Select 'Pick Up' as your delivery method in the shopping cart. Please have your order number with you. Lisence details must be provided matching payment preventing fraudelant sales.

7 Days Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies deal with manufacturers who supply warranty on their products. Should the products be defective, the manufacturer will be contacted to arrange a service call or spare parts. The manufacturer will organises a time for service call and fix the problem. You must have your original invoice to act as proof of purchase. Contact Us if you would like the manufacturers contact details.

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or American Express on our website. We also accept direct deposit or payment in store. We will wait until the funds have cleared in our bank account before organizing the goods. If you choose to pay via direct deposit the products will arrive later than if you pay using credit card.

7 Days Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies can organize a time and day for delivery agreed with the client in the Sydney metro area. We can not control the days and times delivered with freight companies.

Yes, the warranties are supported by the Wholesale suppliers of the products so they will vary from brand to brand. Warranty period for the products are noted in the Product section of this website.

We may sell off ex-display bathroom products at a drastically reduced price and these products may not be covered by warranty. You will be advised if products are non-returnable ex-display products.
