Should the products be defective, the manufacturer will be contacted to arrange a service call or spare parts. The manufacturer will organises a time for service call and fix the problem. 7 Days Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies can organize a time and day for delivery agreed with the client in the Sydney metro area. We can not control the days and times delivered with freight companies.

Yes, the warranties are supported by the Wholesale suppliers of the products so they will vary from brand to brand.

We may sell off ex-display bathroom products at a drastically reduced price and these products may not be covered by warranty. You will be advised if products are non-returnable ex-display products.
