The stopper in my bathroom tub is not working. I went to Bunnings and was advised that the stopper is of old style and they don't carry the item. I went to 7 days plumbing. George was very helpful. He found the part that I needed. He even walked the extra mile to put the old and new parts together, and he only charged me the new part but not the time he spent on assembling. I recommend George and his service.

We completed an extensive renovation and had help from Rosemary. She was so patient with all our questions (and changes!). For all your plumbing needs, do yourself a favour and go to 7 Days - ask for Rosemary and you won't be disappointed.

We were looking to replace an old bathroom basin. I spoke with Rosemary who was very helpful with details that I needed. I was a bit hesitant about ordering interstate & not seeing the product locally. She kindly contacted the supplier & confirmed colour tone for me. Only ordered 3 days ago & very happy to have our purchase arrive today!! Very impressed 👍

The order of two hand basins, was promplty processed and direct delivery was organised from manufacturer. There were a few hiccups at the manufacturer end, but the professional way in which it was followed up and handled by 7 Days Plumbing was very commendable. I want to thank Jacky in particular, for the exceptional service that she provided me throughout my interaction with this purchase, the unfortunate neccessity to return the product and the prompt refund. It is unfortunately not very often these days to interact with someone who is as obliging and committed to helping a customer. The company is very lucky to have you. Thankyou sincerely.

Found an item online and went to the shop this (Saturday) morning. Item was in stock, purchased on the spot. Staff helped me to put in the car and referred a plumber for installation. I called up the plumber Ramzi from Saba plumbing, he turned up by midday and installed the vanity/basin. It worked out like magic on the same day and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Very Happy from start to finish. Thank you everyone.
